The Proclear is a soft contact lens that can be worn for up to a month and is made from omafilcon B with a water content of 62%. This material is very good at binding water, which means the lens surface is constantly being wetted. As the material is also non ionic, hardly any deposits are able to form on the lens, and thanks to the Proclear's wide correction spectrum, which ranges from -20.00 to 20.00, it means that even people with quite severe eye abnormalities can wear contact lenses. There are two things that are vitally important regarding the handling of this lens: Do not clean your Proclear lenses manually, as hardly any deposits form on them, and wet your lenses with saline solution or rewetting drops before taking them out.
